I’ve been cooking a lot more lately. Tonight is Cajun Chicken Pasta. Sort of a spicy chicken with spaghetti, onions, and ranch dressing. So far, it looks to be promising. I like to cook, but I’m not great at it.

Last night was italian pork loin with onions (though I didn’t add enough) and roasted potatoes. The meat was tender, but I’m getting sick of italian seasoning. Seriously.
